Healthcare is one of the most personal things in our lives, yet the tools we use to navigate it are usually built for institutions, not people. Medico24 starts from the other end - from the patient holding the phone, tired, anxious, and short on time.

Medico24 is a free, patient-first healthcare app for India, available on iOS and Android. It lets patients book appointments with verified doctors and clinics, find pharmacies that are open now, order medicines from a prescription, manage prescriptions across the whole family, and monitor local air quality - all in one place. Doctors, pharmacies, and clinics use the same platform to keep records, route prescriptions, and stay discoverable to nearby patients. The app is built natively for iOS and Android with Flutter, collects only the data it needs, encrypts it in transit and at rest, and never sells health data.

Our story
From frustration to a quiet little app.
Medico24 started with a stubborn question: why is it so hard to do simple healthcare things on a phone? Why does booking a doctor feel like filing taxes? Why is finding an open pharmacy at 9 PM a Google adventure?
We sat with patients, seniors, parents, and clinic staff. We watched a grandmother struggle with a five-step OTP login. We listened to a father trying to remember which pharmacy his son’s prescription was at. The product wrote itself from those conversations.
Today, Medico24 is a small team of designers, engineers and clinicians building one app for the entire healthcare moment - appointments, pharmacies, environmental risks, and the family around them.
