Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of someone else (for example, a parent or guardian), you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2. What Medico24 is, and what it isn’t

Medico24 is a software product that helps you discover and book appointments with verified healthcare providers, locate pharmacies, monitor environmental health signals and manage healthcare-related notifications. Medico24 is not a medical provider; we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always rely on a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and emergencies.

3. Your account

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at support@medico24.in if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
• Impersonate another person, including a healthcare provider, or misrepresent your credentials;
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Services without our consent.

5. Bookings, providers and third parties

Appointments booked through Medico24 are agreements between you and the relevant healthcare provider. Medico24 verifies provider credentials where possible but is not a party to those agreements, and is not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing or outcome of any care provided. Likewise, pharmacies and environmental data services are operated by third parties; we make reasonable efforts to surface accurate information but cannot guarantee it.

6. Fees

Downloading and using Medico24 is free. Some healthcare providers and pharmacies may charge their own fees; these are always disclosed before you confirm a booking or transaction. We may introduce paid features in the future, but we will tell you clearly before charging you anything.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, design, logos and trademarks, are owned by Medico24 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to that handling.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medico24 disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Medico24, its affiliates, officers, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Medico24 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
